Resident Rental Referral Program

Just a reminder that we are currently offering Rental Referral Program. Refer a friend or colleague and if that person signs a lease with us you get a $400 rent credit.  It is really that easy.  During the months of January and February all you have to do is refer someone and when that person signs a new lease with us you receive your rent credit.  With February looming around the corner wouldn't a trip to a warm sandy beach be nice.  Just think what you could do with the additional money.  For more information on how you can earn your rent credit please contact the Management office.

Winter parking ban in Winooski

Just a reminder to everyone that the winter overnight parking ban in the City of Winooski will go into effect on December 1st.  Beginning December 1st through March 15th the City of Winooski enforces a parking ban.  During the hours of 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM parking on the street is prohibited.  The City of Winooski does issue tickets and sometimes tows.  If you are interested in information regarding possible overnight parking passes in the Winooski Downtown Parkiing Garage please call 655-6437 or email parking@onioncity.com.  All Woolen Mill residents should make sure that their parking stickers are properly place on their vehicles windshield when parking in our lot.

New Skylights

We want to thank everyone for their patience over the last two weeks during the replacement of our roof panels.  We hope now that the new panels are in place and the sun is shinning in you will agree with us that it was definitely worth it.  Enjoy the brightness of the halls and the light that we now have. Once again, thank you for all your patience during this process.

  
  

New Roof, Lots of Light

Beginning on Monday, September 21st you will begin seeing more light in some of our hallways.  The existing roofing panels that are currently in place over the 4th and 5th floor hallways will be replaced.  The existing panels have been in place since 1979 when the renovations on the building were done.  The new panels will be a brighter and whiter which hopefully will let in more light. This project should take approximately 5 to 7 days to complete.  We appreciate your patience during this time and as always please contact the management office if you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter.  We hope everyone will enjoy the finished look.  Let the light shine in!!

Champlain Valley Fair this Week!

The Champlain Valley Fair located in Essex began on Saturday, August 29th and will continue until Monday, September 7th.  We checked out the fair early this week and sampled all of the yummy fair goodies, viewed the hypnotist, and of course the lumber jack show.  All of the fair rides are in full operation.  You can of course purchase ride tickets individually, but if you think you will really be hoping on many rides you can by an unlimited bracelet for $25.00.  The fair often marks the ending of the Vermont summer so enjoy it, but do not worry because apple picking and pie season will soon be on the way!

The Road Construction Continues

In Vermont road construction goes into full speed during the summer months and it keeps moving forward into the fall months. This summer you may have noticed the construction taking place on Main Street in Winooski during the evening hours.  We have inquired about how much longer this project will be taking especially as the construction gets closer to the building.  The last update we received from the City of Winooski was that the state has the construction continuing until the end of October.  If you have any questions about this construction project you can contact the City of Winooski at (802) 655-6410.
