The Woolen Mill has a variety of unique apartments ranging in size and layout. The apartments feature the historic bones of the Woolen Mill with exposed brick, wood beams, high ceilings, and large windows. Each apartment is unique in the building allowing for every Resident to have their own personal home.
Every apartment is fully equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and cooking stove, and garbage disposal. The apartments are carpeted and have ceramic tile floors. One Bedroom Studio
(Click image to enlarge) Our one bedroom studio apartments are large in size with eat in kitchens, walk-in closets, either eastern or western light exposures with several apartments including outside access. Most of the bedrooms are designed to allow for privacy if desired with three walls and louvers that open and close off the bedroom from the living area.

One Bedroom Split Studio
Our one bedroom split studio apartments vary in size and feature galley style kitchens. These apartments have eastern, western, or southern light exposures with many having the option of outside access. The bedrooms are open and are raised with a few stairs leading up to the bedroom and a half solid wall around the bedroom area.

One Bedroom Loft

These apartments have unique large storage rooms, galley kitchens, and fifteen foot ceilings. The second level is the loft, which includes the bedroom and the bathroom.

Two Bedroom Plus Loft
Our two bedroom plus loft apartments are large with two levels, fifteen foot ceilings, and have western or eastern light exposures. These apartments have kitchens open to the dining area, a bathroom and bedroom on each floor, and a loft area on the second level.
